Reframing

Music Education

Series

______________

This is more than

professional development.

We believe it’s time to reframe the way we think about music education.

For too long, music teaching has been boxed in by exam systems, checklists, and rigid  curricula, often at the expense of creativity, connection, and musical identity.

While exams and methods offer structure and opportunity, they should never be the final destination.

Instead, our mission is to inspire a new generation of music educators who teach not just for marks, but to truly make a mark through functional musicianship, and that is to have real-world musical engagement.

We’re here to guide teachers to think beyond the score, to develop confident, flexible, and well-rounded students who can create, perform, and  collaborate with others.

Our workshops, talks, practice lab sessions and community meetups are designed to equip teachers to grow as functioning musicians themselves — and to pass that spark on to the next generation.

We are here to provide more than just professional development.

We're here to create a movement.

Because Music Matters.

We will close registration when we reach full capacity. Thank You.

Our guest speaker will guide us in exploring the music on the score—unpacking interpretation, and discovering improvisation ideas hidden within it.

The main idea is to have fun!

It will be conducted in a group setting, with participants taking turns,  with Seho working with each one, so that we can learn together  While this is entirely voluntary on your part, we believe hands ons are the best learning experiences. No need to be shy shy.

Unless you have valid reason for not turning up, like an emergency or medical reason, there will be no refund. You will however be added into our private group chat where participants share their recordings.

It will be on the 24-09-25 from 10:00am to 12:00pm.  No, it's not mandatory. But it's our way of saying we'll go the second mile for you!

"Seho Lee represents the kind of musician-teacher we all strive to be - versatile, expressive, and deeply rooted in classical principles while open to creativity."
